[Solved] Non-resolvable parent POM

Hello… when i import in Netbeans 7.1.2 a pom.xml of Activiti-WebApp-Explorer V2 , and i run th Build, i receive this message:

Any Idea?! i think that i must download manually the libs, but there is a method to update my pom?!

ok i have created the path (WebContent/WEB-INF/web.xml) and i've pasted the rows of that file you've linked to me in previous post.
