Slowness?

Good morning all

We use Alfresco for our content management, when i started using this program everything is smooth, without any problems
now when i go to submit any files, or website - it seem to take ages to submit it sometimes i good 30min just to submit a page

any ideas why this might be?

What version are you using?

Does your performance recover after Alfresco is restarted?

Are there any error messages in your alfresco.log?
