Sites list blank when trying to copy/move a file

Running Community 4.0d on x64 Linux.

In Share, when copying/moving a file, the pop-up dialog doesn't list any other sites as a possible destination. I can get to another site if I navigate through the Repository to the other site's documentLibrary.  We have multiple sites on our Share installation; not sure if this is a bug or an obscure setting somewhere.

Has anyone else run into this before?

Hi Keith

Does the user trying to move the documents have access to any other sites?

If the user is not a member of any other sites - or - listed as a contributor, then they will not see any other sites to move or copy to.
