Site Templates

We have a lot of reoccurring projects that have the same schedule based on a product release date.  I was wondering if there was anyway to setup a site template or something else so that once you enter the release date, all the tasks are calculated off of that date appropriately.

Also, is there an actual or effective limit to the number of sites that Share can have?

Site templates are on the roadmap for Q3/Q4 2009: http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/2009_Roadmap#Alfresco_Explorer.2C_Share.2C_and_Surf_Enhancements.

There is no upper limit for the number of sites you can have. It'll be more based on number of concurrent users using the platform and your infrastructure.
