Site managers can't add new site members

Hi to all

I have problem with adding site members by site managers.
For example user creating a new site without any problem and when he tries add new site member he goes to Members on the site and choosing a internal user and the role for him and when he taping Invite button he gets info "0 invitation sent, 1 failure" but if user is in Alfresco adminitrsators group it works perfect.

Any idea?

And second problem, propably connected to previous, is that nobody can accept invitation, users gets this information when they click on the link to accept invitation:

Unfortunately, your invite acceptance could not be registered.Either you have already accepted or rejected the invite, or the inviter cancelled your invitation.</strong>

Check your logs, bet your smtp server is not connecting

But I geting emails with Recent Activities.
That not going thru this same SMTP?

I suggest you
stop your server, remove all log files, restart your server, do an invite, check your logs.

The SMTP server is my first guess as I have seen it many times before.
the log should tell you why. the other reason I have seen is some type of authorization issue.
