Single Sign On Using Ldap

Hello EvreyOne!

I have a two diffrent application.One is my web-application and another is Alfresco.Both have diffrent server.
I am using Open Ldap directory.Can it possible to have single sign on using alfresco application and my web-application?
Yes then How?In which way i should go? I have read the alfresco documentation it is written that  ldap is not support single sign on.I go through this link.

If you want to have anthentication outside of alfresco (in particular in your web-app) then you would authenticate via ldap in your web-app then use external authentication for alfresco so alfresco trusts your web-app.
