Simple workflow gives 'Access Denied' error

Dear All,

We are using alfresco  community3.2r2. In which we have defined below mentioned scenario for document management.

Groups - Users
Doc_Contributor - User1
Admin1 - User2
Admin2 - User3
Users - User4

Spaces - Groups  -  Role
Draft - Doc_Contributor - Coordinator
Draft - Admin1  - Coordinator
Pending - Admin2 - Coordinator
Published - Users - Consumer

Rules have been applied on Draft & Pending. (i.e. when any contents are added to respective spaces, will wait for approval from Admin1 & Admin2).

Rule 1
If Admin1 approved then content will be moved from Draft to Pending

Rule 2
If Admin2 approves then content will be moved from Pending to Published

Now when Admin1 & Admin2 tries to approve content system gives error "Access Denied".  :?:

Please let us know what should we do to proceed further.

I did not think much about your business scenarios. But you can resolve this error by performing the below steps.

Add the below permission set in system.

Spaces - Groups - Role
Pending - Admin1 - Contributor
Published - Admin2 - Contributor

Let me know if the error persists.
