I created some spaces (draft, pending approval, approved…) with simple workflow as content rules. Pretty standard stuff as in the examples. When a doc is in drafts the user can select "Request Approval" which moves it to the "Pending Approval" direcotry and sends and email to "Joe" great so far.
I would like the task of approving to show up in another Joe's task list. Can I make that part of the workflow?
Or can I make a rule that whenever there is an incomming document to the "Pending Approvals" space, the approval step is automatically assigned to Joe as a task.
I prefer not to have the users mesing with advances workflows.
