show start form failuer

this first time using activiti, and i build .bar file with activiti designer..

in activiti probe upload this file in deployment tab…

in activiti explorer i press show start form…

but display message "failure"

pleas can help me??

ok,

after upload test.bar in deployment tab in activiti probe, go to activiti explorer and press on show start form.

after this will show message "failure" with button ok.
