show custom object type in createcontent form in alfresco

Hi I am new in alfresco.Could anybody please tell me that how do I show my custom object type in create content form in alfresco share 3.4b?

In Share it takes a bit of work to add your custom content type to the Create Content menu. It is very easy, however, to add your custom content types to the "Change Type" list. If that's good enough, take a look at this tutorial.
