You would need to check with your hosting provider first and see if they have any issues with you running tomcat/jboss, normally it tends to be LAMP stack only. f they have no problem then you can install using the WAR, or you can use the BitRock installers and run it via" ssh -X <hostname>"
I haven't seen any hosting providers that advertise Alfresco support so it would be interesting to see if there are any.
