Share Document Details page - Tags

Just a quick question on how I might change the word

Tags

to

Keywords

in the Document details page of Share (see below).

Tags seems to be a header but I cannot find any properties file etc to change the word

Tags
(None)

Permissions
Managers: Manager
Collaborators: Collaborator
Consumers: Consumer
Everyone: Read
