Share Blog or Discussion Forum does not accept Question Mark

I noticed that Share Blog post title (in Create New Blog Post) does not accept Question mark as part of the title. This is happenning in both Blog post and also Discussion forum post. Save or Publish Internally or any button, except 'Cancel' button does not get enabled, when there is a '?' mark is there as part of the title.

I think it is an issue - have you encountered this?

I think this is because the title of a blog post or discussion topic must be a valid Windows filename for CIFS to work.
I agree it's not ideal especially for a discussion forum where it's natural to start with a question…

I found it also excludes : and /
is it planned to keep it this way ?

I think this is an unintentionally strict validation - I'll check & make sure it's removed for 3.4 if possible.
