Share Admin Error

Hi all 🙂

Just started getting this error when i login to Share as admin:

Could not load module template from '/share/service/modules/header/sites'.‍

If i login with other users everything is fine (even with users with admin rights).

The only thing that has changed before the error started is an admin passowrd change. Just in case i restarted Alfresco and even the whole server.

** Using Alfresco Community v4.2.0 (4576) schema 6.022 under Linux. **

Any help will be appreciated.

Seems there is a BUG:

Ive only seen a way around in one of the comments, ill try it 🙂

Seems like the request get to be too big (http headers), one work-around is to increase tomcat: maxHeaderCount and maxHttpHeaderSize Or change the requets to post with arguments in body‍

Hopefully changing this will make things work again.

Hi all,

Just in case its usefull for someone; this issue was fixed when i bipassed the proxy server (in my case a blucoat proxy server). No need to change maxHeaderCount/maxHttpHeaderSize or update to newest Alfresco.
