Share 4.0 global head component and deprecated API of 3.4

Hi Alfresco Engineers,

I have customized the alfresco 3.4 earlier. In alfresco share 3.4.5 enterprise 'alfresco.js' was included in alfresco-template.ftl which in 4.0 moved to global head section.

How this global head component is added to all other pages/templates ? I have checked many pages where this global head component is not added.

Can somebody guide me on the same ?? Any help ?? Any pointers ?? Any documentation ??
