I want to integrate Microsoft office 2010 with Alfresco Enterprise edition 3.3.1.
Is there any Alfresco setup file available for Microsoft Office 2010?

There's no "setup file" required,  what exactly were you looking for?

However you may need a more recent fix pack to support Office 2010.
