I am tring to set the Alfresco SDK but i have a problem on this passage from your guide:

Handle finding Win32NetBios or Win64NetBios

Add the alfresco bin folder to the system PATH.

Alternatively you theoretically should be able to add it to the java.library.path variable.

What doeas he mean? Please explain me this. Thanks.
