set the propeties

hey,

I would like to set properties for service task in modeler and than use them in my implementation of this task through execution.
e.g. property name = partnerId value=2324-13413413-4ud3413

How can I make it?
I tried it with property element, but there I didn't find where I can set the value of property.
There is only name.
May be dataState is the right way?
