Sending e-mails to external recipients

Is it possible to configure Alfresco to e-mail external recipients and not just internal users?

yes, of course.   From Alfresco's perspective it is irrelevant whether the email is for an internal or an external user.

What's the problem?

If you are able to send emails internally but not externally its most likely a rule configured in your email server.

Thanks for the reply.  To be honest, I'm not sure where to e-mail the attachment via Alfresco.  I do not have that option so I wasn't sure lol.
