Roles and Web Projects

We are authenticating users through our LDAP/AD successfully. I created a test web project, added 4 users as "Content Managers", and created a web form for the web project.

The alfresco admin can see the web form available in all 4 users' sandboxes, but the users cannot. I even tried adding a web form to the project as 1 of the 4 content manager users, to no avail.

I'm wondering if it could have something to do with our authentication.

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

Which version of Alfresco are you using since this is an area that's been reworked in the last few releases.

Enterprise 3.1 sp2.

To confirm, I created a user through Alfresco and added that user to the Web Project as a Content Manager.

This user is able to see the web form that I added to the project, while LDAP authenticated users cannot.
