Hi,
I was wondering how I can do this. I created a space (say: myCompany) and have some sub spaces on that (say: ACCOUNTING & IT). How do I restrict user01 to be able to access ACCOUNTING only not IT.
I'm using version 1.4. When I created user, the default space is always on "Company Home" and I can not point that to say MyCompany/Accounting.
Please enlighten me…
Regards,
Mus

Hi
On later versions there is more flexibility for home folder creation.
For folder access - change the folders not to in inherit permissions from the parent folder and invite users and groups as required. See Manage space users on the menu or from the space details page

Is there a way to do something similar within a web project? It seems that web project folders are not the same as folders (spaces) in the rest of Alfresco.
