restric the menu in Explror

Hi I am looking for some custimization.
when User (not admin) login in explorer, he will only c the company under navigator and he have just access only that specific folder,

may be this will be 1 sec job , but please help me, this is the requirment.

Hi,

If I understood correctly then I feel you should  apply permissions to  specifc folders for a user for whom  you want to change the  settings.Also you can make use of evaluator  which will help in displaying restricted menu actions on the basis of conditions you want to apply
