Repository not loading when moving documents

good afternoon!

I made a Share site and added some pdf's to the document library.

I want to move one of the documents to a location in the repository, but when i choose move, the repository doesn't load.

I can move it to 'sites' or to 'my user home', but when choosing 'repository' at the left, nothing get visible at the right side.

can anyone help my?

Hi,

I can report that I have the exactly same situation on 3 instances of Alfresco Community 3.4d including a fresh install and even as the Admin. No Repository listing occurs, just a spinning wheel icon.

@deneize: were you able to resolve this? If so, how?

@anyone_else on 3.4d: are you able to move an object from a share site documentLibrary into the Repository using the expected method (more…. Move to…) and able to view the Repository listing in the pop-up window that opens?

It works properly when browsing from the repository, but when browsing from a site it doesn't seem to load anything but the spinning mark. Moreover, when browsing from the document details (in the Repository) it does not work either.

The original question refers to 3.4 and is quite old. Are you still experiencing this problem on recent releases (e.g. 4.2.d). Have you raised an issue at https://issues.alfresco.com?

In my case I'm referring to 3.4.d community, I find it hard to believe that this bug has remained unsolved. And even stranger is the fact that google doesn't spit more results for this topic out (or at least I haven't found them).

I'd really appreciate if anyone could point me any directions to solve this issue. And regarding your question about whether I had raised an issue… No, I have not, I'm a newcomer to this forum and not such an experienced developer in Alfresco, so I don't feel so comfortable using that kind of resources yet.
