We don't know what the standard set of reports that you are looking for are. In any case, what you see is what you get, so if there are dashlets you don't see that provide you with the information you need, you'll have to write your own or use an Add-On (see http://addons.alfresco.com).
There are no reports that I would consider "user reports" or "document reports" available out-of-the-box. I would definitely suggest you look through http://addons.alfresco.com. If you don't find any that meet your needs you can create something custom. To do this, read the documentation on web scripts and custom dashlets.
