Renamed file still present with the old name on the WCMQS webapp

I have published and then later renamed an .html document, and subsequently published it trough the WCMQS workflow.

If I look into the publishing folder I can correctly see the renamed file.
However, from the WCMQS surf webapp I can access and render both file using either the old name or the new name.

Is it normal behavior or is there any particular steps I am missing, or probably something wrong with my Alfresco INstallation ?

After an undefined time (at least an hour, I didn't measure it) the content is correctly gone from the WCMQS point of view. So I suppose there's some background recurring services cleaning the deleted items at specific time.

No problem with that, but it is something to be taken into account.
