Removing LDAP integration but maintaining users locally

Hi,

I'm trying to disable the current LDAP integration that we have on our Alfresco installation but I don't want to lose the LDAP-originating users and roles in the process.

How can I migrate LDAP-integrated users so that they become local Alfresco users?

Thank you!

You can just turn off LDAP there is nothing "magic" about a user created through LDAP.    The one complication may be that the LDAP users are in a "zone" and may need to be re-zoned.    However don't worry about that unless it is a specific problem.

Thank you for your reply! One more question, wouldn't this deem the LDAP-originating users unusable? Or would Alfresco handle this and create local versions of the LDAP users?

Anyone have an update on this?

Could you please detail how I could rezone an unzoned user?

Thank you!
