Recommended IT personnel resources to support Alfresco

Hello, I'm new to Alfresco and I'm in the middle of setting up a new small business that will provide document storage services through Alfresco. Me and one of my partners have IT background and can perform basic installation and troubleshooting functions, but we'd like to know what kind of IT resources would be required to support Alfresco before moving forward.

I'd appreciate if anyone can point me in the right direction to look for answers. Also, it would be great is someone can recommend a list of recommended training courses on Alfresco.

Hi gcd,

I guess this all depends on what your IT background entails. In our case, our Alfresco team consists of two individuals. One person takes care of user training, and high-level application stuff (like dashboard customizing, administration of permissions, etc.), and a system admin who is well versed in Linux, MySQL, and is very famliar with Apache/Tomcat environments.
