read-only mode ob startup page

Hello,

I installed Alfresco 3.2 on  suse 11 with mysql 5.0.37 with a jdk1.6.0_18
When I try to connect on localhost with my user and password, i have the following error message:

org.springframework.dao.InvalidDataAccessApiUsageException: Write operations are not allowed in read-only mode (FlushMode.NEVER/MANUAL): Turn your Session into FlushMode.COMMIT/AUTO or remove 'readOnly' marker from transaction

I downloaded the version on 29 january 2010, the license was not expired.

Look further up your log file.    Is there an explanation (INFO or WARN) about why your repo is in read only mode?

Have you upgraded from a previous version?  

Is this a clean install since 29th Jan?

When you say "the licence was not expired" do you actually have a licence?    And is the licence for the version you are running?

And finally, have you configured alfresco to be in read only mode yourself ?

I don't know why the repo is on read only mode.
I have the evaluation version that was downloaded the 29 januari.
I have not make an upgrade , it' is a new installation of alfresco.I installed tho time de version because the one time , I was a problem with the tomcat.

I installed the alfresco by default , no customize from me.

check your licence ., make sure that was copied in alfrescco extensions,  other wise create a licence folder under this folder copy your licence and restart the server.
