Alfresco Community Edition is not meant to be run in a cluster. You need to pay for an Enterprise Subscription to get support for clustering.

Hi Jeff,

Can I do clustering in alfresco community edition with ourself?
Because I don't want to pay for just a clustering.
Let me know if it is possible.

Thanks.

No, It's not possible out of the box to use alfresco community edition (4.2 and after) with clustering.

4.0 and earlier had clustering in the community edition.  If you're ok with using an older version, you could use that.  Clustering was removed from Community Edition in 4.2.  If you want a modern alfresco with clustering you'll need to pay for enterprise edition.  There might be people who are working on a clustering solution for community edition, it's certainly a feature that would receive a lot of uptake if it existed.  But I haven't seen sign of any such clustering solution.
