Question about Workflows

Hello All,
New here, Hope I'm in the right forum.

I've just set up a trial version of Alfresco in our office at work.
I work for a small engineering firm, we currently have no control over documents.
We've been testing the workflow setup, What happens to the workflow history when I click "Task Done" ?
Where does all the approval or rejection data go? I can't seem to find that data anywhere!

Well right as per Out of Box feature you will be able to see the history of running workflow only.
Although the workflow history is there in the db for completed workflow once you click taskdone you will not be able to see that.

Once you click the "Task done" button, the workflow is ended. However, the finished workflow data is still available. There is a screen "workflows I've started", which allows you to see completed workflows as well as a (new) task-filter to show completed tasks.
