prompt a form using inbound rule while content fr web folder

Anyone could tell me that is it possible to write javascript or whatever…may be java for the inbound rule to prompt a user input form while content is dragged from web folder(WebDAV) ?

As far as I'm aware the WebDAV protocol doesn't support that kind of thing - it's a filesystem centric protocol (with no support for UIs etc.).
