Problem with the virtual server

I'm having a problem with the virtual server. The system works fine, and the virtualisation server seems to start ok,but i am able to preview site only from some of the machines in the lan and not from all the machines and I get the following message.Can anyone suggest me what can be the issue?

Thanks for your interest. I dont have any issues with starting of virtual server hence i am not getting any error stack trace in log files.Also I am able to preview sites from some machines in my lan network but the problem is i am not able view it from all the machine and getting (110) Connection timed out error when i try to do so.Any help will be appreciated.

This was a firewall proxy issue from my end.
