problem with alfresco module wcmquickstart

Hello I've upgraded from the version 3.4.e to the version 4.0.d and I have an exception in my alfresco.log.
This exception is thrown every 10-30 minutes, not in a regular way.

All seems to work fine,I do not use the module web quick start even if I have installed it.

How can I investigate this problem?

Isnt it possible to remove the module Alfresco Web Quick Start if I don't need?

I found a workaround and a way to purge the repository from the nodes that use the web quick start models.
I have uninstalled the webquickstart module too and all now is working. With lucene and either with solr.
