I am using Liferay and Alfresco integration.
Liferay 6.0.5 and Alfresco 3.4b
I am using Alfresco's "Share
ite Document Library" Portlet.
I created one site in Alfresco share. Created various spaces within that site using alfresco user interface.
Using admin user I created a follwoing spaces within the site. so when I browse using alfresco,i see follwoing folder structure : company Home->Sites->OSC->documentlibrary->Documentation->Drafts
Pending Approval
Published.
now on drafts folder i created one rule - for all inbound documents in drafts folder, when user clicks "Request for Approval", the document should move to "Pending Approval" folder.
The problem is - the above stated rule works fine for admin user. But when any other user (e.g: james)tries to execute the above action, it says "workflow can not be executed" and permission denied.
Can anyone please help me resolve this? Why any other user other than admin cant execute the above mentioned content rule.? Any workaround?
