Problem in inviting users to a space for collaboration!

Hi,
When I invite a user to the space and define the role, he/she cant see all content in this space!
Why?
For example in the one of the space are more than 12 pages but he/she just can see 2 pages.

Which role you have assigned?
Also check the permissions on that space.

I'm Alfresco  Admin in our company.I invite user and the roles is consumer.

Then they should be able to see the docs
Is there any privileges set on the individual documents?
in that case also this could happen.

One more thing if you change the role to some other like collaborator or editor what is the outcome?

I changed user role but he/she cant see all of them.
Why?
