When trying to build the Designer trunk (http://svn.codehaus.org/activiti/projects/designer/trunk/) I'm all of a sudden getting this error.
I suspect this is the same problem reported here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=350133
Does anyone know of a workaround?
Thanks!

Unable to satisfy dependency from(Full Maven output below.)
org.eclipse.jdt.core 3.7.3.v_OTDT_r202_201202051448
to
org.eclipse.objectteams.otdt.core.patch.feature.group [2.0.0,3.0.0).
No solution found because the problem is unsatisfiable.

The problem was the Graphiti dependency.
The objectteams error went away after I changed the Graphiti URL from
http://download.eclipse.org/graphiti/updates/milestones/
to
http://download.eclipse.org/graphiti/updates/0.9.0
I should have attacked the first error first.
Now the Designer trunk builds fine again.

It was helpful. Thanks a lot.
But even after such a long time activiti team has not corrected this problem in their repository.
Waiting to see improvements in designer. :geek:

Thanks, I changed this on trunk as well.
@deepak.singhvi I don't know what long time you are referring too actually.
And instead of saying "waiting to see improvements" it would be good to make it a bit less abstract.
What improvements are you looking for?
Best regards,

this problem was raised by @m2spring in Jun 2011 and i did not see the correction till you replied for it today.
i.e. more than a year. This is what i consider as the long time ( in fact very very long time)
About the improvement points ====>
 Designer is not upto the level of other open source/community version BPM designers. I have raised this concern in
this and other forums:
http://www.manning-sandbox.com/thread.jspa?forumID=722&threadID=51661
 The only way to have input as either from forms or setting variable during starting of process/completing the task using java
program. There is no way in the designer to do the take input of type java object. XSD mapping would be the great feature.

Hi,
Maybe you can look better at the posting date. It was posted on the 16th of August 2012.
So instead of making this really annoying comment please look twice before posting!
If you say it's not up to the level of other open source designers, that can be, but I still consider this as very abstract.
It's only possible to improve the Designer when you make the issues concrete.
As I said in an other post, XSD mapping is not something we plan to support. We work with process variables in a process instance context, so I also don't see the need.
