Print notes on a PDF document

Hi.

Is it possible with Alfresco to print any notes (as a traditional stamp) on a document archived in Alfresco?
For example, I approve an invoice and I can export as a PDF document (or print it) the same invoice with my approvation printed on it.

Short answer is yes.

You'll need to define / develop a customer transformation to stamp additional text during the transformation. See attached presentation at http://share.alfresco.com/share/page/site/community/document-details?nodeRef=workspace://SpacesStore... for example of such transformation. The custom transformation is applied when ever anyone downloads a document from Alfresco. The text / notes applied to the PDF is specified by a freemarker template, which can be selected by the administrator.
