Preview cannot be loaded from share

Hi,

I am not able to view any of the document in the preview pane which is part of share. The error iam getting is " Preview cannot be loaded from Server". what do i need to do to make it work?

OpenOffice and pdf2swf should do it. You'll also need ImageMagick to get static thumbnails.

i have the software you mentioned but still the documents do not show on Preview pane in share. IS their a version prerequisite for the install?

Is there an error in the alfresco.log file?

Generally you need recent versions of: ImageMagick (e.g. v6.4.6), OpenOffice (e.g. v3.1) and pdf2swf (newer than 0.8.1, which is buggy).
