Help me ! call popup (select Group,Directory,date in Workflows I've Started) on new page in Admin Console.Thank you !

I want to call the popup availability of alfresco supply (ex : popup select group,select Directory,choose time in tab 'http://127.0.0.1:8080/share/page/start-workflow?referrer=workflows&myWorkflowsLinkBack=true')…on the new page.
