So I'm trying Alfresco as an alternative to Sharepoint and I was wondering how I can get a site to be pointed to something like "companyweb" like it gets configured automatically with old SBS servers.
For those of us that are not familiar with <em>SBS</em> could you describe the problem with a little more detail. I can tell you when you create a site there is a mandatory text field called "Url Name" where you could enter "companyName" which then becomes the sites Url like <cite>http://server:8080/share/page/site/companyname/dashboard</cite>.
