Is there a trick to get a user photo in the profile of a user?  I have attempted to upload a file.  It says 100% success but no photo appears.   I can get a photo as avatar in explorer but not in share.

Make sure you've got ImageMagick installed and configured correctly on the server. There would have been an error in the start-up sequence.

I have the same problem. I checked and I see the imagemagick stuff is installed and I see the path is right in the properties file, but the pic does not appear in the page. I don't see any errors on the console output.

Any ideas for what to look at would be appreciated.

I'm running Alfresco 3.2 community installed with the full installer including OOO and MySQL on Windows XP Pro Sp3.

Do thumbnails for uploaded files appear correctly in the Document Library for a site?

For me the images in a document library seem to always be ok.

Found a path error for the imagemagik tools in one of the config files.  Now everything is working as designed!  Must need glasses!

Was the path error in one of our installed config files? if so please let us know!

In the Alfresco-global properties file img.exe=c:/Alfresco/Imagemagick/convert.exe  should read c:/Alfresco/ImageMagick/bin/convert.exe.

Also page 22 of Installing and configuring Alfresco Community Edition 3.2 PDF has the same error.  Once I added the bin subdirectory in the path everything worked as advertised.
