Pesnding task reminder

i am looking for a solution…. is it possible in activiti that if a task stays in Assingee's inbox more than 5day ,it will autometically send a reminder mail to the assignee.

Yes it is possible,
see timer boundary event:
http://www.activiti.org/userguide/#bpmnTimerBoundaryEvent

(just change user task to e-mail sending service task)
