Permission of Sites

its possible, to give users a permission, to access only sites that the Administrator has declared?
If it is, how can i impliment it?

If you make the site "private" then only members of that site can see it.

Were i can define this wich user is a member?

Do you mean i make at first the site public, invite all members that i want thay have access to this site and switch the site after the invite to private?
Or is there another better way?

Make the site private and then invite those users who should see it.   Or put them in a group and add that group to the site.

I have try it, but it pops up evrey time a failure?!
0 invits, send 1 failure!

You need to configure SMTP server because INVITE action sends an email to the user you are inviting.
