PDF to Word conversion in rules is not working

Hi,

Am using alfresco for the last weeks.
when i create a rule for a Space that convert from PDF to Word, it is not converting and displaying the following error.

Please correct the errors below then click OK.
Failed to create Policy due to error: 06200021 Transformer for 'application/pdf' source mime type and 'application/msword' target mime type was not found. Operation can't be performed

Please suggest me where am wrong and what i need to change in the code to work the conversion type functionalities.

What kind of rule you created for converting pdf to word document? I am a little confused for that when I convert and render pdf to word or on the contrary <a href="http://www.rasteredge.com/how-to/vb-net-imaging/word-convert-pdf/">word to pdf</a> file, it is unnecessary for me to create or program any conversion rule.
