Hi!

I am looking for the easiest way to support paperless meetings using ipads and Alfresco.
Does anyone have a best practice?

As webdav is enabled in our AlfrescoShare environment, users can acces sites documentlibrary with goodreader (PDF and webdavclient app), you can even setup goodreadr to sync docs with alfresco. But i think this configuration is a bit complicated, mainly due to goodreaders interface. Does anyone have a better way?

Freshdocs is good to view docs … but you can not annotate (which is needed before you het into a meeting).

Greetings,
Daniel

Hello Daniel,

iBabs can do just that for you. It's backend connects to various dms's. The current version includes everything you need for paperless meetings, the next version will also have the possibility to make annotations directly in iBabs.

The current version can be downloaded for free (search for iBabs).

Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,

Paul

Can you send me a URL to iBabs? For some reason, probably user error, I can't find it?
