OutOfMemoryError

We recently upgraded Alfresco from 2.0 to 2.1 and are getting
bunch of problmes. One of those is frequent OutOfMemoryError problems.
We use Tocmat 5.5 with -Xmx768M for memroy but still it gets out of memory quickly. Ther is no other tomcat application is running on the server.

Any idea how we can fix this?

We haven't seen this on any of our test servers. Do you have any other apps running? Any other information you can give us?
