Outlook configuration for IMAP

Hi,

I have searched the forum and have not found the answer. I was hoping someone could give me a step by step for configuring outlook to connect to alfresco IMAP.  I followed this http://wiki.alfresco.com/wiki/IMAP to configure IMAP and do get the envelope icons in share.

My setting is the file mentioned in the link above
imap.server.enabled=true
imap.server.port=143
imap.server.host=192.168.0.106  (the ip is local just to test want to give it a public ip after i get it working.)

Help much appreciated!

I had trouble getting IMAP to work properly when I inputted a numeric IP address.  It is now working with the URL.  Not sure why this should matter.
