outgoing transition evaluation

hi,

i set the condition as {canSkipPool}  ,{canSkipPool=="true"}, {(Boolean)canSkipPool}  none of them seems to be working . I am getting similar error. Prior to current activity i am setting the

execution.setVariable("canSkipPool", instanceVariable.getCanSkipPool()); //getCanSkipPool() return Boolean value

Error:
org.activiti.engine.ActivitiException: condition expression returns non-Boolean: {canSkipPool=="true"} (java.lang.String)


Also does activiti support Due transition ?
