Am interested in using Alfresco Community on a Mac Server, though I have no other server at the moment so I could go to Windows or Linux too. Curious as to whether the "port" to OSX and OSX itself limit any of the features available?
Many people use OS X for developing Alfresco-based solutions, but I'd be wary of using an OS X server, especially if Linux is an option, for the simple reason that the Enterprise version is supported on Linux but not on OS X server. You're less likely to run into esoteric issues if you stay close to the supported Enterprise stacks, even if you only ever use Community edition.
