Organize templates in sites and creation name

Hello Everybody!

We have Alfresco 4.2f up and running, now We are trying to work with sites and content templates. The idea is to have a site where people can create communications that should respect a template. We put the .doc on Data Dictionary/Node Templates and we can create content by template!
Our question is Can We organize templates like this :

Site X
     TemplateXXX
     TemplateXX1
Site Y
     TemplateYYY
     TemplateYY1

So when the user enter a site only can create content based on the template we want?

Another question is Can We control the name of the document created based on template ? In our case the name of the document created will be something like this NameDocSequentialNumberYear like this Aviso120114, Aviso22014 etc Can We do this?

Answering your second question :
Yes, you can create a rule on your parent folder (site), which renames the incoming document to a specific name (in your desired format).
You can create a custom rule through either java or javascript code.
